Located in a beautiful community in Windermere, FL, our spacious vacation home sleeps 9 comfortably and is an affordable hotel alternative.

The open-concept first floor features a well-provisioned kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and breakfast bar seating for 5, a dining room with additional seating for eight, and a comfortable living room with 65″ 4k Smart TV with cable. The entertainment area extends outside to the private, fully screened lanai with gas grill and outdoor seating.

The first-floor master includes an en-suite bathroom with granite counters, double sinks, a glass and tile shower enclosure and a separate water closet.  The master is also equipped with a 55″ 4k Smart TV with cable.

Bedroom 1– King bed (sleeps 2)

A powder room and separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer are also located on the first floor.

Upstairs there are 3 more comfortably appointed guest bedrooms and another full bathroom with tub.

Upstairs Master (bedroom 2) – queen bed (sleeps 2) and features a 44” 4k Smart TV with cable.

Bedroom 3– two twin beds (sleeps 2)

Bedroom 4 – twin over double bunk bed (sleeps 3)

Echo Smart Home Assistants in all bedrooms and kitchen that may be used as intercoms as well as to set alarms, timers, find information on theme park hours, movie times, local grocery stores, restaurants and more.

Keycard access to 2 resort style pools at the community’s clubhouses, tennis courts, basketball courts, parks, and wide paved sidewalks that are perfect for cyclists, runners and walkers.
Onsite Parking for up to 2 cars (the Disney resorts now charge a $28 nightly fee per vehicle!) Please note: commercial vehicles, RVs and boats may NOT be parked on premises.

Nightly Rates (Minimum 3-night stay)

Regular Season: $200 a night with a 10% discount for a 7-day rental

A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking with and additional 25% due 60 days prior to arrival, and the remaining 50% is due 10 days before check in.  Refunds are available up until 45 days prior to arrival.

Check our booking calendar and if your desired dates are available, submit a request and we will get back to you ASAP to confirm and provide payment information. We are only booking family, coworkers and friends at this time, but if you have a friend or family member that is interested, please feel free to let us know.

About the Community

Our property is physically located in Windermere but its mailing address is in Winter Garden. Both are thriving communities just north of Walt Disney World. Both have historic downtown areas with dozens of independent restaurants and bars, family friendly attractions such as the Saturday Farmers Market, an old-fashioned ice cream parlor, candy shop, train museum and a community theater which features plays as well as classic movies and sing-alongs, not to mention a fun fountain area designed specifically for young ones to splash around in.  Outside the downtown areas there are more shopping areas and restaurants than we can count.

Within a mile of our townhome there is a Walmart, brand new Cineplex, a Publix Supermarket and several restaurants including the wonderful Bella Italia Ristorante, 33 & Melts, Subway, and Wendy’s
